Stand Up for the Pledge, America!

In schools across America millions of children begin each school day reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. For generations, the Pledge of Allegiance has been an integral part of the day’s activities that underscores who we are as a people and a nation.

However, if one atheist has his way, that could change.

Recently, a federal judge ruled in favor of Michael Newdow’s complaint that the phrase “under God” was unconstitutional. His ruling immediately impacted more than 75,000 school kids in three California school districts, and sent ripples of shock and disbelief that have stretched across the nation.

“How could this happen in America?”

Yes, it is hard to imagine that just 50 years ago, the phrase “under God” was added to the Pledge of Allegiance--unanimously passed into law by Congress.

Now, the right of millions of school children to utter the
phrase "under God" during their daily recitation of the Pledge is at risk, and if the U.S. Supreme Court agrees with this ruling, the Pledge of Allegiance as we know it will no longer be part of the daily school routine.

I Pledge Under God Campaign
To counter these attacks and build a groundswell of support for the Pledge, IPledgeunderGod.com has created red, white and blue wristbands with the phrase “One Nation Under God” boldly printed on the face of the band.

Our goal is to see these colorful bands on the wrists of hundreds of thousands of schoolchildren across the nation—schoolchildren who are standing up and refusing to be silenced in their support of the Pledge of Allegiance!

Will you stand up for the Pledge?

Will you help us blanket the nation with these wristbands?
